Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk1945 ("pk1945", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pk1945.cam ("Platform", "Site"). These Terms govern all use of pk1945, including registration, deposits, wagering, withdrawals, participation in promotions and all other interactions with the Platform.

pk1945 operates under its international licensing jurisdiction. It is not licensed, regulated, endorsed or authorised by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Users in Pakistan must independently assess and comply with all applicable local legislation, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, before accessing or using this Platform. pk1945 does not provide legal advice.

By creating an account, clicking any acceptance checkbox, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account, comprising Real Money Balance and any applicable Bonus Balance.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to your Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by you and/or winnings credited following satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes withdrawable as real money.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which balances and transaction amounts are displayed on the Platform for users in Pakistan.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software forming part of the Platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction mechanism through which a User requests that their Account be suspended for a defined period or permanently.

To register and maintain an Account on pk1945, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or the laws of your country of residence, whichever is greater.
2. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of, and are not accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. You are not an employee, director, contractor or close family member of pk1945 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers or payment processors.
5. You have not previously had an Account on pk1945 that was closed, suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
6. You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgement at the time of wagering.
7. You are not aware of any personal or financial circumstances that would make gambling harmful to you at the time of registration or use.

Each User may hold only one Account on pk1945. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, device identifiers or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

At the time of registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. pk1945 reserves the right to require documentary evidence of any registration information at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pk1945 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify pk1945 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for users accessing the Platform from Pakistan. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined by pk1945 and may include a margin. The displayed PKR balance is for convenience; the operative currency for contractual purposes is determined by the Platform's licensing jurisdiction.

pk1945 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with its obligations under international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal, when depositing above specified thresholds, or at any time pk1945 deems it necessary.

KYC verification may require submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport or driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, screenshot of mobile wallet)
• Source of funds documentation where required by AML obligations

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. pk1945 is not liable for any delays in processing withdrawals arising from incomplete, illegible or inconsistent documentation submitted by the User.

All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform and must originate from accounts or instruments held in your own name. pk1945 does not accept deposits from third parties. Payment method names including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as familiar Pakistani payment context only; their mention does not constitute endorsement, affiliation or confirmation of gambling support by any such institution.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. All amounts are denominated in PKR. pk1945 reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time. In exceptional circumstances, processing delays may occur. pk1945 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. If a deposit does not reflect within two hours, contact support with your transaction reference.

pk1945 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion, including where the deposit is inconsistent with AML obligations, the User's Account is under review, or the payment method is not registered in the User's name.

Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification, fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Balances, and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible.

pk1945 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or during periods of high transaction volume. pk1945 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of request and denominated in PKR. Weekly and monthly withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated within your Account settings. pk1945 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments.

pk1945 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the withdrawal is subject to an active investigation; (c) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering; or (d) the Account is subject to a chargeback claim or payment dispute.

pk1945 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements expressed in PKR, eligible games, minimum odds, maximum bet restrictions and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the point of offer and take precedence over these general Terms where there is any inconsistency.

Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any portion of the Bonus Balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement must generate PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted. Real Money Balance is used and wagered before Bonus Balance in all cases.

pk1945 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, hedging bets across accounts, exploiting errors in bonus configurations, or placing low-risk bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine game engagement. Where bonus abuse is detected, pk1945 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and close the Account without notice.

Bonuses not utilised within the specified promotional period will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

All sports bets placed on pk1945 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market and event type. General betting rules are as follows:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed.
• pk1945 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed on markets affected by known match-fixing investigations.
• For cricket markets — including PSL T20 matches, ICC international tournaments and domestic Pakistan series — settlement is based on the official result recognised by the relevant governing body.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds being displayed, pk1945 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Live (in-play) betting odds are subject to rapid change. Bets placed during a connectivity interruption may be voided if the odds at placement cannot be verified.
• Maximum stake limits per market, per event and per User apply and are displayed within the bet slip.

Casino games available on pk1945 — including slots, live dealer tables, table games and virtual games — use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer mechanics. Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage is disclosed within the game information panel.

pk1945 does not guarantee any specific outcome or profit from casino game play. All casino games involve a statistical house edge. The RTP percentage represents the theoretical long-term return and does not guarantee individual session results.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or software error during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned. pk1945 is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk1945:

1. Registering more than one Account or accessing the Platform using another person's Account credentials.
2. Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
4. Engaging in or facilitating collusion, match-fixing or any form of cheating that undermines the integrity of any game or event.
5. Using the Platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity.
6. Attempting to exploit errors, vulnerabilities or loopholes in the Platform's software, games or promotional configurations.
7. Using VPN, proxy or anonymisation services to circumvent geographic restrictions or Prohibited Jurisdiction limitations.
8. Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals or disputes in bad faith.
9. Harassing, threatening or engaging in abusive conduct toward pk1945 support staff or other users.

pk1945 reserves the right to report any prohibited conduct to the relevant authorities, including but not limited to financial regulators and law enforcement agencies, where applicable.

pk1945 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute that cannot be resolved within a reasonable period.
• Account activity that is inconsistent with responsible gambling obligations, including suspected problem gambling behaviour.
• Direction by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency or court of competent jurisdiction.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Balance and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real Money Balances will be returned to the User via the original payment method following completion of any outstanding verification or investigation, unless prohibited by applicable law or regulatory direction.

pk1945 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered Users and can be activated through Account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications showing your session duration and net balance.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days without committing to full self-exclusion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk1945 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (c) interruptions, errors or delays in the Platform's operation; or (d) any other matter relating to the Platform.

pk1945's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PKR 25,000, whichever is the lesser amount.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software and database compilations, is the property of pk1945 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of pk1945. Unauthorised use of Platform Content may result in Account closure and legal action.

pk1945 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendments take effect.

The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk1945 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform that cannot be resolved through pk1945's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body specified by the licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

For Users in Pakistan: these Terms do not override or replace any mandatory provisions of Pakistani law that apply to your use of the Platform. You are solely responsible for complying with applicable local legislation.
